The 22S is designed for high-end FTTH splicer applications in FTTX, Data Center / LAN and Access Networks.\n\n22S offers an active V-Groove alignment single fibre splicer for reliable and improved splicing performance for a range of different fibres; SMF, MMF, DSF, NZDSF.\n\nApplicable from 125μm cladding diameter/up to 3mm sheath diameter fibres with sheath clamp.\n\n22S provides advanced capabilities; including splice result storage of 200 splices, 5-16mm short cleave length splicing .\n\nQuick splicing time is produced in 9 seconds (single mode fibre) and an automated tube-heating time of 30 seconds (single mode 60mm).

This innovative, robust 1U sliding patch panel. This panel has been designed to accept up to 8 fibres housed within a 1U space.\nThese panels include an internal mounting plate to install the Adaptors giving a reduction in the bend radius of the exiting patch cords also giving a more astatically pleasing installation. With the ability to use a full array of Adaptor types offering a flexible solution to the end user, enabling them to incorporate a multi functional panel which allow easy access during installation or re-work with no disturbance of the existing cable or fibres.\nIn the addition to the array of adaptors the panel also offers multiple cable entry solutions, up to 4 standard cable entry points for, loose tube, tight buffer, pre terminated and steel tape armoured cable.\nEach panels has integrated strength member tie positions also with the additional removable plate at the rear of the panel allows the installation of steel tape armoured cable.

Our fibre wall boxes are ideal for use where a rack mounted patch panel is not suitable. They can be fixed to walls, under desks or floors and are especially suited where space is at a premium or only a low fibre core count is \nrequired.\n\nThe fibre termination compartment is covered by a lid which is fixed with one screw for quick installation. The wall boxes can be supplied fully loaded with adaptors, partially loaded or unloaded. Three different size boxes are available with up to 02 LCQ, 04 LCQ or 08 LCQ adaptors. The adaptor ports are numbered for ease of identification with space below for write-on labels if required. Any unused ports are filled with blanks. There are 20mm knock outs on three sides allowing maximum flexibility for cable entry. All boxes are supplied with 1 x PG11 gland and 4 x stick on bunny clips.
