Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate. EU Customers who provide a valid EU VAT Number will not be charged VAT. VAT is not payable on International orders delivered outside the EU.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction, all products come with a minimum of 12 months warranty, some products have onsite warranties or longer term warranties. Special warranties are listed next to the individual items in the catalogue.

Items returned that were purchased in error are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Remittance Terms

Our Credit Account Terms are 30 days net. You must have opened a credit account and have your account number to hand when placing an online order on credit account terms. Customers without a Credit Account may purchase online using a Credit or Debit Card.
