The Ericsson F251
Fixed Cellular Terminal uses a mobile phone SIM card to connect
to the GSM mobile phone network. It then provides a PSTN telephone
line interface that means you can plug in a standard analogue
telephone, a fax machine, a computer modem or even connect
it directly to a business phone system.
The Ericsson
F251m is commonly refered to as a Wireless Landline or Fixed
Cellular Terminal - it provides the equivalent of a landline
connection in remote locations where is it difficult or expensive
to get a normal telephone line installed. The Ericsson F251m
Fixed Cellular Terminal is also ideal for short term or mobile
offices - such as exhibitions and events or building site
portacabins.
This Ericsson
f251 fixed cellular terminal is the only product in the world
that can completely replace your landline using the cellular
network. Any device that works on PSTN will work on the Ericsson
F251M (network dependent).
