Storacall's CSD40/20 is a 20 line call sequencer which can guarantee a business prompt answering and efficient management of incoming calls. In busy periods it will automatically answer a caller and place them on hold, queue them in correct order and screen or refer them elsewhere. Three digital announcements can be recorded to inform and reassure callers (and assigned over various line groups). The CSD40 comes as 5, 10, 15 and 30 call sequencers. Users can also purchase additional one minute memory cards to extend recording (maximum of seven cards).
