Retell CCR Pro is a high quality digital recording software solution that records direct to the hard drive of a PC. It is easy to search by time, date and call duration and users can add notes into each recording and search by any string of letters. Subject to the CODECs on the PC, up to 800 hours recording per GB of memory can be stored on a hard disk, network drive or server. Recordings can be made directly as WAV files so they can be played back on any PC with Windows Media Player or equivalent and they can also be encrypted.
